The Story

All Our Kitchens is a collection of recipes and stories from chefs, creators and artists based in the UK, Ireland and Palestine looking to contribute something meaningful to raise desperately needed funds for aid in Palestine.

We hope for many it will serve as a reminder of the importance of food and connection in times of darkness. It is, in essence, an invitation into the kitchens of those for whom food is much more than just food. It’s identity, it's community, it’s home.

The project was set up by Mia Jacobs and George Gwynne.

Mia is a recipe developer whose love of cooking was learnt from Jewish mothers and grandmothers who ensured tables were never empty and hearts were always full. Connection over food was engrained in them from a very young age. Mia now runs and develops recipes for a vegan brand with over 190k followers, and has had the privilege of meeting and working with some of the UK’s most talented chefs.

George  is a creative producer for a studio which finds powerful ways to partner music and protest. George’s regular projects include Block9 and HOMO-CENTRIC RECORDS, and in 2025, George was part of the creative team for the ‘Together for Palestine’ concert at Wembley which raised millions for Palestinian-led organisations. They are currently working with Choose Love on their 10th anniversary gala at The Royal Albert Hall.
